A terrible year in Real Estate - now is the time to Buy in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia

Reports from across the Province and Canada shows this has been a bad year for property sales. Most of the blame can be put on mortgage rule changes that removed first time buyers from jumping onto the property ladder, so those higher up the ladder cannot move on.
